The Best Belly Fat Blasting Morning Beverage

In my last blog “Coffee Can Make You FAT, and NOT Because of Sweeteners!” I shared the various ways coffee may be preventing you from achieving your weight and health goals. As promised, here is the best morning drink to replace your morning coffee that will energize you and help you lose weight.

Lemon Water with Cayenne Pepper and Apple Cider Vinegar with the “Mother”

Ingredients:

1 C Warm Water (not hot)

Juice from ½ of Organic Lemon

1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar with the “Mother” Root

Pinch of Cayenne Pepper

Squeeze ½ fresh lemon in 1 C warm water with the apple cider vinegar and a pinch of cayenne pepper.

Apple Cider Vinegar Aids in Digestion

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) has lots of minerals, vitamins, and enzymes. It has to be raw, unfiltered and with the “Mother”. You will see a cloudy blob substance in the bottle. That’s the “Mother” which is healthy probiotics. We need probiotics to effectively digest food. Therefore, ACV is great for digestion so kick the commercial antacids to the curb. I recommend Bragg ACV because it does contain the “Mother”.
