Spicy Pickled Eggs

Low-glycemic, paleo, keto, gluten free, grain free
These are a great snack and yummy for the whole family!
 

Ingredients

  • 18 hard boiled eggs, peeled
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 while onion, slided and separated in rings
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Pickling Spices
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 3 jalapeno pepper dried

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs with shells for 10 minutes
  2. Immediate plunge in cool water
  3. Peel eggs when cold
  4. Boil all ingredients (except eggs) for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour brine in wide-mouth jar and add hard boiled eggs.
  6. Let set overnight in refrigerator.
  7. Will keep for weeks.
  8. Enjoy!
