An easy muffin recipe, that is, healthy and delicious.
gluten free, paleo, dairy free, grain free and no refined sugar.
Great for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Almond Flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking power
- 1/2 cups maple 🍁 syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup canned Pumpkin 🎃
Instructions
- Preheat over to 350F
- Mix eggs, pumpkin, vanilla, and maple syrup until fully combined.
- Add almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, pumpkin spice, and raisins.
- Scoop the thick batter into a greased muffin pan.
- Bake for 26 minutes.
- Remove and check centers with a toothpick to see if they are done. The toothpick should come out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
