Canadian Moose Meatloaf

Notes

This is a very easy and no fail recipe for meatloaf. Ground Moose can be substituted with ground lean beef. low-glycemic, gluten free, keto

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground moose
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cut rolled oats
  • 1 can tomatoe soup (select gluten free soup)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Topping
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp prepared mustard
  • 1/3 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees F
  2. In a large bowl, combine the moose, egg, onion, tomtoe soup, oatmeal, salt, and pepper. Place in a 9x5 inch greased loaf pan.
  3. In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
