Notes
This is a very easy and no fail recipe for meatloaf. Ground Moose can be substituted with ground lean beef.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground moose
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cut rolled oats
- 1 can tomatoe soup (select gluten free soup)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Topping
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp prepared mustard
- 1/3 cup ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat over to 350 degrees F
- In a large bowl, combine the moose, egg, onion, tomtoe soup, oatmeal, salt, and pepper. Place in a 9x5 inch greased loaf pan.
- In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
