These are a great snack and yummy for the whole family!
Ingredients
- 18 hard boiled eggs, peeled
- 2 cups vinegar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 while onion, slided and separated in rings
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp Pickling Spices
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 3 jalapeno pepper dried
Instructions
- Boil eggs with shells for 10 minutes
- Immediate plunge in cool water
- Peel eggs when cold
- Boil all ingredients (except eggs) for 5 minutes.
- Pour brine in wide-mouth jar and add hard boiled eggs.
- Let set overnight in refrigerator.
- Will keep for weeks.
